More 5-star reviews, without asking twice

Bekbook asks every client for a review for you. When you mark an appointment completed, or when it ends, the client gets an email with a link to rate you and leave a comment. You choose which reviews are published, and your star rating and reviews show on your booking page. It is free. Pro adds a low-rating approval gate, a personal note in the invitation and Instagram share cards for 5-star reviews.

How to set it up

  1. 1Open Review settings in the Bekbook app
  2. 2Choose when invitations are sent: after you complete a booking, when it ends, or both
  3. 3Pick auto-publish or approve each review yourself

How automatic review requests work

In Review settings, choose when invitations go out: when you mark a booking as completed, when the appointment’s end time passes, or both. Even with both on, each client gets one email per booking. Prefer to ask in person first? Send or resend an invitation by hand from any booking. Invitations are tied to a real booking, so canceled appointments and clients without an email address are skipped.

What your client sees

A short email from Bekbook with a link to rate the appointment from 1 to 5 stars and add an optional comment. There’s no app to download and no account to create, so it takes them under a minute. You can preview the exact email in the app before any client gets it.

You decide what goes public

Choose “Publish automatically” to put reviews live right away, or “Require my approval” to check each one first. Reviews are sorted into Pending, Published, Hidden and Rejected. You can hide a published review and publish it again later, or reject one so it is never shown. You get a notification whenever a new review comes in.

Your rating on your booking page

Clients who find you on Instagram or TikTok want proof before they book a stranger’s home studio. Bekbook shows your overall star rating and published reviews right on your booking page, next to your services and portfolio. If you’d rather not show them yet, you can switch them off.

Pro: hold back low ratings

Keep auto-publish for your happy clients and hold back anything below a rating you choose, say 3 stars, until you’ve read it. It gives you a chance to reach out and fix the problem before the review goes live.

Pro: share 5-star reviews to Instagram

Turn any 5-star review into a story-ready share card in “Gold” or “My brand” style. You can also add a personal note to every invitation email, like “Thanks for coming, hope to see you again!”, which feels warmer than a plain request.

Frequently asked questions

Is the reviews feature free?

Yes. Automatic review invitations, approving and hiding reviews, and showing your rating on your booking page are all included in the free plan. Pro adds the low-rating approval gate, a personal note in the invitation email and Instagram share cards.

When do clients get the review request?

You choose: when you mark the booking as completed, when the appointment’s end time passes, or both. With both on, the client still gets only one email per booking. You can also send or resend the invitation by hand at any time.

Do clients need the Bekbook app to leave a review?

No. Clients get an email with a link, pick a star rating and can add a comment. There’s nothing to download and no account to create.

Can I hide a bad review?

Yes. You can approve, hide or reject any review, and a hidden review can be published again later. You can also require your approval for every review. On Pro, you can publish good reviews automatically and hold back only the ones below a rating you choose.

Where do my reviews appear?

Published reviews and your overall star rating appear on your Bekbook booking page, so clients see them before they book. They are not posted to Google or Yelp.

Can I share my reviews on Instagram?

On Pro, any 5-star review can be turned into an Instagram story card in “Gold” or “My brand” style. On the free plan you can preview the card.

Can anyone leave a fake review on my page?

Reviews come from invitation links sent to the client’s email for a real booking, and each link can be used only once. You can also require your approval before any review appears on your page.
