How to get more nail clients from Instagram
Practical Instagram tactics for home-based nail techs — profile setup, content that books, stories that convert and how to make booking effortless.

Instagram turns into bookings when three things line up: people see your work, they see you have open spots, and booking takes one tap. Most techs nail the first and forget the other two.
1. Make your profile a storefront
- Name field: include your service and city (“Nails by Mia | Houston Gel-X”) — it’s searchable.
- Bio: what you do, where, and “Book below 👇”.
- Link: your booking link, not a Linktree with ten options.
- Highlights: Book · Prices · Policy · Reviews · Work.
2. Post work that sells
- Reels of finished sets in natural light.
- Before/after transformations.
- Short process clips — people love watching art.
- Tag your city and use a few local hashtags.
3. Make availability visible
People don’t book if they don’t know you’re open. Post an availability image at the start of the week and when a spot opens. Bekbook generates it from your calendar so it’s always right.
4. Remove friction
Every “DM me to book” loses clients. A booking page where they pick a time, upload inspo and send a deposit converts much better.
5. Show social proof
Share client reviews in stories. Bekbook sends review invites automatically, and Pro creates review share cards for Instagram.
6. Fill slow days
Post a promo code for a slow Tuesday, limited to a few uses.
